1 1/2 oz Gin Mare

1/2 oz Tequila Blanco

3/4 oz Thai Basil - Shiso Syrup

3/4 oz Tomato-Peach Acid Buddy

Bread Foam, Lemon Zest, Tomato Powder

Method

  • Measure each ingredient with your jigger
  • Pour everything into the shaker
  • Fill the shaker with ice
  • Shake until the shaker is cold
  • Strain into a glass
  • Top with Bread Foam, Lemon Zest, Tomato Powder ,and micro Basil
