Acid Buddy is the first acidified flavoured water made for cocktails. It’s designed to replace lime or lemon in your recipes. Same role, way less fuss. Use it exactly as you would use citrus in any sour: ¾ oz Acid Buddy + ¾ oz syrup + 2 oz spirit. This formula works in 99% of cocktail builds.

We handle the acidity so you can focus on your sweetener, your spirit, your flavour story. No sugar. No spoilage. Just a perfectly balanced pH, right between lime and lemon. You’ve got this.

All you need is one litre of water, your Acid Buddy pouch, and a whisk. Add the pouch to the litre of water, whisk until dissolved, then pour into a bottle. That’s it. Ready to go.

Unopened pouches: They don’t go bad. After about 2 years, the flavour may lose some potency.

Diluted product: Once mixed with water, store in a glass bottle or jar. It stays stable for at least 2 weeks. Some flavours may last longer. Always taste before using in a cocktail.

Humidity note: In very humid climates, the powder may clump since we don’t use anti‑caking agents. It’s still perfectly good, just whisk longer or blend gently for a few seconds.

For best results, dilute the entire pouch in 1 litre of water. This ensures the ratio and pH are exactly as intended.

At ¾ oz, or 22.5 ml, per serving, one pouch yields about 44 cocktails. If you use more or less, your yield will vary.

Yes. All flavours of Acid Buddy are gluten‑free. If we ever release a recipe that isn’t, it will be clearly marked on our website and packaging.

Acid Buddy does not contain nuts, but it is processed in a manufacturer that processes nuts.

We use only Kosher ingredients, but the product itself is not Kosher certified.
