I ran a drink for an industry only pop up event and threw a cocktail on the menu dubbed Veggie Tales. I did equal part 2 Oz blend of Blanco Tequila & Wilder Gin, .75 Oz Tomato Peach Acid, .75 Simple Syrup. Topped with a White Pepper lime Celery Foam made with sucrose esters, and finished off with a pretty watermelon radish on top the foam. It was divine and every one of the local bartenders I had at the pop asked about acid buddy and genuinely loved the product. Thankyou

This product is crazy! On the nose it's like fresh spaghetti sauce (which is nuts) and while on the tongue it adds a subtle, layered complexity and balance far superior to plain lemon or lime. As a first test I went straight to the Recipe section of CocktailBuddies and tried The Squad - simple to make (perfect for an at home amateur enthusiast like me), perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. So glad this pack will make 44 cocktails because I've absolutely found my new summer favorite that I can't stop sharing with the neighbors!
