I was very impressed with the Coffee-Cacao acid! I had never heard of, nor tried an acid before. It mixed easily and I used the acid to make a Country Club cocktail. A clear, and much lighter, take on an espresso martini. Loved it! Would consider trying out other acids as well. Thank you for an excellent and fun product.

I mixed the Country club cocktail and followed the recipe, but it just wasn't a taste I enjoyed. Sadly you had to order and entire packet to try it, and I ended up just dumping out the rest of the mix.
