Unit price per

Bergamot has always been rare, expensive, and often replaced with liqueurs. Acid Buddy brings it back in its purest form, paired with pear to round out the profile. Fruity, floral, and sweet all at once. This blend lets you finally explore pear and bergamot on your menu without compromise.

Each pouch needs to be diluted in 1L of water, and can make 44 cocktails or more.

Shelf-stable.

Tao is literally the best- I needed the Bergamot Pear acid buddy in a pinch and he personally fast shipped it to me. I feel so proud to use his products for my event bartending business. We feature multiple of his acids for my signature cocktails and my favorite is the Bergamot Pear by far. I use it for a pear martini with sauvignon blanc, Grey Goose Poire,Anjou Pear Tonic Cordial and its delicious.

This has been a game changer for my home bar and the recipes online have been a blast to try and replicate. The best small business to support.
